- NEW BUSINESS
- Approve upcoming landowner/township agreement (CNX – Eric Large intends to attend meeting)
- Approve Heavy Road Use Permit for Hamilton Rd., Spotted Tail Rd., Masteller Rd., Laidley Run Rd. & Porter Hill Rd. (payment received – Mark West/Brex Enterprises)
- Noise complaints (no known ordinances governing noise)
- Will begin process of pricing new township fleet (etc. trucks)
- Possible purchasing of:
- Tow-behind blower for roads maintenance
- Installation of heat for township garage & 3rd wall unit for meeting room
- K-2 Engineering is drafting blueprints for a material storage shed (expected to be constructed/completed by the end of this year) – *Bid will be advertised upon completion*
- Review/approve scope of work and cost proposal township comprehensive plan provided by Strategic Solutions
