  • Advertise for office personnel
  • Address current office personnel & establish work duties
  • Executive sessions to be held as needed
  • Auditors approved Brandon Gray’s wages/pension on 04/20/2026
  • NEW BUSINESS
    • Approve upcoming landowner/township agreement (CNX – Eric Large intends to attend meeting)
    • Approve Heavy Road Use Permit for Hamilton Rd., Spotted Tail Rd., Masteller Rd., Laidley Run Rd. & Porter Hill Rd. (payment received – Mark West/Brex Enterprises)
    • Noise complaints (no known ordinances governing noise)
    • Will begin process of pricing new township fleet (etc. trucks)
    • Possible purchasing of:
      • Tow-behind blower for roads maintenance
      • Installation of heat for township garage & 3rd wall unit for meeting room
    • K-2 Engineering is drafting blueprints for a material storage shed (expected to be constructed/completed by the end of this year) – *Bid will be advertised upon completion*
    • Review/approve scope of work and cost proposal township comprehensive plan provided by Strategic Solutions

    • Mr. Gino Mollica plans to attend the meeting to introduce himself as the new Deputy-Director-Operations

    • Meeting with supervisors on 04/21/2026 (will continue to have meetings periodically throughout the year & as needed)
    • Continuing to work with Harshman Engineering for Wallace Hill Rd. (bridge), Spotted Tail Rd. (GEOTech), & Fleming Hollow Rd. (paving)
