Water quality was and could potentially still be affected in downstream sections of the Robinson Fork tributary, also known as Wheeling Creek in WV. Based on the location of the incidents, your water, property, municipality or business located within 20 miles downstream of the release area, could be affected and we are providing this notification as a precaution and in accordance with 25 Pa Code 91.33b.
